By accessing and using AgMap ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

AgMap is an agricultural research platform that provides:

Research Data Disclaimer

The research data provided through AgMap is for informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

• Research results may not be applicable to all farming conditions
• Local factors may significantly affect outcomes
• Users should consult with agricultural professionals before making significant decisions
• AgMap does not guarantee specific farming results based on research data
• Users are responsible for verifying the suitability of any recommendations

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination:

• We may delete your account and associated data

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
