ORCiD verification proves researcher identity and keeps the map authoritative. It ensures every project on AgMap is backed by a real researcher with a verifiable publication record.

Can I add my old research for free?

Yes. Any ORCiD-verified researcher can add unlimited completed projects manually at no cost. This populates the map with your research history. Only active, ongoing projects require credits.

What is AI document import?

Upload a PDF or Word document and our AI extracts project details, trial sites, and metadata automatically. It saves 15-30 minutes of manual data entry per document. Every account gets 2 free AI imports to try it out. Unlimited imports on all paid plans.

What happens when I complete a project?

Completed projects release their credits. Your work stays on the map permanently, but the credits become available for new active projects.

Can my organisation pay for researcher accounts?

Yes. Enterprise and Organisation plans include bundled researcher accounts. Your team gets full access funded through the organisational subscription.
